Women & Heart Failure

The folded flier was a part of the Women & Heart Failure luncheon goodie bag co-sponsored by St. Jude Medical. It provided essential information specific to women with heart failure and ways to manage the condition. The flier was designed for an English and Spanish-speaking audience, so each side was printed in a different language.
